Charming Cape Cod home sits on 1/2 acre, with a long, circular drive for plenty of parking. The spacious interior is tastefully decorated, and has lots of windows for a bright and sunny effect. Two large bedrooms; one with a queen bed, a full bath and even a private entrance; the other with 2 queen beds and two large closets. There are two full baths; one tiled with a tub/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cupboards, a double sink and open to a dining room that will seat 6-8 people. The carpeted living room has a fireplace, a queen sofa bed, and recliner. There is a full basement with a washer and dryer. The patio, just off the kitchen, has a gas grill, & umbrella patio furniture. Spacious yard with plenty of trees and perennial shrubs and flowers. Walk to village with antique shops/stores. 1.5 mile to beach - short drive to many other Dennis beaches. Just down the road from the Cape Cod Bike Trail and near golf, museums, and children's amusements parks.
