Social Networking can be defined as "a grouping of individuals into specific groups, like small rural communities or a neighborhood subdivision". It is also big business when it comes to marketing your property. We use several social networks to enhance the likelihood that buyers will find your property.
Locally, we network with regional organizations like real estate investor's groups, the home builder's association and business to business associations, like Chambers of Commerce put our name in front of Western Mass residents and professionals on a constant basis.
Online, our networks take the form of Media Partnerships and Weblogs, or blogs. The internet provides easy access to others with similar interests and helps us expand through consumer education. We operate a number of blogs, including "Massachusetts 4 Sale By Owner Real Estate Blog in which we give our Featured Properties extra exposure by blogging about them. Search engines love blogs!!!
