The first FSBO Boot Camp will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 from 12:30 – 3:30 hosted by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Western Mass, at their headquarters located at 240 Cadwell Dr., Springfield, MA.
Liz Provo, for-sale-by-owner marketing expert and founder of Massachusetts For Sale By Owner, will present the workshop in order to educate consumers about alternative real estate methods. When used properly, sellers avoid paying high real estate commissions and remain in control of the sales transaction, often reducing stress involved in the home selling process.
